【摘要】 目的通过测量乌鲁木齐地区汉族健康人群的骨密度(BMD),确定本地区骨密度的正常参考值,并探讨BMD随年龄变化的规律。方法使用法国DMS公司生产的Lexxos型双能X线骨密度仪(Dualenergyxrayabsorptiometer,DEXA)对乌鲁木齐地区20岁以上的汉族健康人2268例(男性865人,女性1403人)腰椎前后位、左侧股骨近端的BMD进行测定。按不同性别每5岁分为一年龄组,得出骨密度均值、标准差及累计丢失百分率。结果①乌鲁木齐地区男性腰椎前后位骨峰值在35～39岁年龄组,女性在40～44岁年龄组;男性股骨近端的骨峰值在20～24岁年龄组,女性的在35～39岁年龄组;此后,随年龄的增长BMD降低,女性BMD在50岁后加速下降,男性无加速下降的倾向。②乌鲁木齐地区男性腰椎前后位骨质疏松症的诊断参考值为0.678gcm2,女性的为0.579gcm2。男性股骨近端的骨质疏松症的诊断参考值为0.463gcm2,女性的为0.495gcm2。结论骨骼不同部位、不同性别到达骨峰值的年龄不同,骨量峰值水平也不同,本研究结果可为乌鲁木齐地区汉族骨质疏松症的研究提供有益的参考数据与资料。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine bone mineral density (BMD) of normal Han people in Urumqi and further to investigate the changing rules of BMD with age. Methods BMD of lumber spine and proximal femur in 2268(865 men,1403 women)healthy Han people were determined by duel energy X-ray BMD detector (DEXA, Model lexxos made by DMS co.Ltd, France) in Urumqi residents aged over 20 . The mean BMD value, standard deviation (SD) and accumulated losing ratio were acquired. All subjects were divided into different groups by 5 years. Results 1.The peak value of bone mass of lumbar spines was shown in the age group of 35～39 in male subjects and 40～44 in females, that of proximal femur was found in 20～24 in male and 35～39 in female. The BMD in female showed a sharp decline after 50 years while no such a tendency occurred in male. 2. The diagnostic reference for lumbar vertebra osteoporosis was 0.678 g/cm~2 in male and 0.579 g/cm~2 in female, while it was 0.463 g/cm~2 in male and 0.495 g/cm~2 in female for the proximal femur osteoporosis. Conclusions The peak value of bone mass for different bones appeared at different ages. This study provide useful evidence and data for osteoporosis study in the Han ethnic group of Urmuqi area.更多还原
