【摘要】 目的:探讨mdm2在大肠癌中表达与临床相关性的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法研究93例大肠癌组织中MDM2蛋白表达水平及其与P21蛋白表达的临床相关性。结果:我们观察到MDM2表达在临床分期中有显著差异(P<0.05)。MDM2蛋白表达与远处转移显著相关(χ2=15.977,P=0.000)。MDM2表达与P21表达成正相关(P=0.023,r=0.210)。单因素的统计学分析结果表明临床分期、远处转移、MDM2蛋白表达、P21蛋白表达、治疗等单项均可以作为影响患者生存时间的危险因子。多因素Cox回归生存分析结果表明临床分期、远处转移、MDM2蛋白表达、治疗4项对结直肠癌患者的生存时间有影响。结论:mdm2基因的表达与癌症的恶性演进呈正相关;mdm2基因的表达与P21表达成正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To learn more about the effects of oncogene mdm2 on colon cancer. Methods: MDM2 protein expression was evaluated in the tissues of 93 cases with colorectal cancer by immunohistochemistry analysis.The relationship between clinicopathologic features and expression of MDM2 and P21 proteins were studied. Results: High MDM2 protein expression in colorectal carcinoma was significantly associated with late TNM stage. An positive relationship of MDM2 with P21 expression was observed (Pearson correlation co-efficient P= 0.023,r=0.210). The univariant analysis showed high expression of MDM2? low expression of P21 expression and therapy were significantly correlated with poor survival(P<0.05). The multivariant analysis revealed that MDM2 expression is an independent prognostic factor for survival in colorectal carcinoma, and the patients with both a higher expression of MDM2? TNM stage and distant metastasis showed a significantly unfavorable prognosis. Conclusions: Our research indicated that mdm2 gene played a definite role in cell proliferation of cancer cells. mdm2 oncogene might play important roles in the development and aggressiveness of human colorectal carcinoma. It may be taken to calculate the biological behavior and the prognosis of human colon cancer.更多还原
