【摘要】 目的分析应用保肾手术治疗双侧肾癌的经验。方法回顾性总结4例双侧肾细胞癌患者的临床资料。肾肿瘤直径1.0~12 cm,平均2.75 cm。共有9枚肿瘤,其中2枚3例,3枚1例。2例行一侧肾癌根治术加另一侧肿瘤剜除术,2例双侧肾分别行肿瘤剜除术。结果术后肾功恢复良好,平均随访8个月,无一例局部复发及转移。结论保肾手术是治疗双侧肾癌的安全、有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To present the experience of nephron-sparing surgery for 4 cases of bilateral renal cell carcinoma.Methods Four cases of bilateral renal cell carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed.Total 9 tumor masses were found in four patients,and the diameters of the tumor masses ranged from 1.0cm to 12 cm with a mean of 2.75 cm.Three patients had 2 tumor masses each,and the other patient had 3 masses.Two patients received radical nephrectomy on one side and tumor enucleation on the opposite side,and the other two patients received tumor enucleation on both sides.Results In a mean follow up for 8 months,the renal function remained well in all the four patients.No local recurrence and no metastasis were observed.Conclusion Nephron-sparing surgery is safe and reasonable for patients with bilateral renal cell carcinoma with satisfactory outcome.更多还原
