【摘要】 目的探讨细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)在食管癌患者血清表达水平的临床意义。方法应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测58例食管癌患者和30例健康献血员血清sICAM-1的水平。结果食管癌患者sICAM-1的血清表达水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05);食管癌患者血清sICAM-1水平与食管癌患者的年龄、性别、病理分级无相关性,与患者的病变部位、是否有淋巴结转移有一定的相关性。结论血清sICAM-1水平可能在反映食管肿瘤的发展和转移方面具有一定的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the changes in serum level of soluble intercellular adhesion molecules-1(sICAM-1) in patients with esophageal carcinoma and investigate their clinical significance.Method The serum level of sICAM-1 in 58 esophageal carcinoma patients and 30 healthy subjects were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The serum level of sICAM-1 in esophageal carcinoma patients was significantly higher than that in control group.The serum level of sICAM-1 in esophageal carcinoma patients was not correlated with age,sex and histological grade,but was clearly correlated with tumor site and lymph node metastasis.Conclusion Serum level of sICAM-1 may reflect the occurrence and metastasis of esophageal carcinoma,so it may possess certain clinical significance.更多还原
