【摘要】 目的总结鞍结节脑膜瘤的治疗效果,以提高鞍结节脑膜瘤的显微外科治疗水平。方法对2002年8月至2005年12月接受手术的14例鞍结节脑膜瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。所有的患者都采用显微手术。结果根据S impson分级标准肿瘤全切除率为85.7%,无手术死亡患者。71.4%的患者术后视力得到满意的恢复。结论根据肿瘤的大小选择手术入路,应用显微外科技术能够提高鞍结节脑膜瘤的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To present a large series of surgically treated of tuberculum sellae meningiomas and to improve the microsurgical techniques.Methods The clinical data of 14 patients with tuberculum sellae meningiomas,who were microsurgically treated from August 2002 to December 2005,were analyzed retrospectively.All patients underwent craniotomy with an operating microscope.Results Complete removal was performed in 12 patients(85.7%),nobody was died.Ten patients(71.4%) showed good visual improvement after operation.Conclusion Surgical approach was chosen depending on the tumor size.The curative effect of surgery on tuberculum sellae meningiomas can be improved by microsurgical techniques.更多还原
