【摘要】 目的:为中药水红花子质量标准的制定提供参考。方法:对水红花子进行性状和理化鉴别,对主要化学成分的含量测定进行方法学研究。结果:薄层色谱鉴别证实水红花子醋酸乙酯萃取液中含槲皮素,HPLC测定槲皮素含量的方法重复性好,可靠性强。结论:可为水红花子的质量标准提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To provide references for the quality standard of traditional Chinese medicinefructus Polygoni Orientalis.METHODS The description and the physicochemical identificationtests tests of fructus Polygoni Orientalis were carried out.The contents of the main chemical composition were determined the methodly was studied.RESULTS Quercetin was found to be contained in the fructus Polygoni Orientalis ethyl acetate extraction liquid by the TLC identification.The HPLC determination was reproducible and reliable.CONCLUSION It can be used as a reference for the quality standard of fructus Polygoni Orientalis.更多还原
