【摘要】 目的:研究青藤碱微乳的处方、制备,并建立其含量测定方法。方法:通过滴定法绘制伪三元相图,根据相图优选处方,并初步考察青藤碱微乳的稳定性、粒径分布和理化性质。用HPLC法测定微乳中青藤碱的含量。结果:青藤碱微乳稳定,平均粒径为35.67nm,多分散指数0.237。HPLC线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.33%,RSD为0.91%(n=9)。结论:该处方设计合理,制剂稳定,易于制备。含量测定方法可靠,重复性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the optimum formulation and preparation of sinomenine microemulsion,and to establish a method to determine sinomenine.METHODS The optimum formulation was investigated by using titration to prepare the Pseudo-ternary phase diagram,testing the size distribution,stability and physico-chemical property of sinomenine microemulsion; sinomenine was determined by HPLC.RESULTS The stability of sinomenine microemulsion was good,average size was(35.67) nm,polydispersity index was (0.237).the average recovery was(99.33%),with RSD of(0.91%).CONCLUSION The formulation is reasonable,sinomenine microemulsion has good stability,the method for determining sinomenine is accurate and reliable更多还原
