【摘要】 目的:研究屏风固金颗粒质量控制。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对黄芪、连翘、甘草进行色谱鉴别,采用紫外分光光度法(UV)、高效液相色谱法(HPLC)分别测定多糖及黄芪甲苷的含量。结果:TLC法专属性较强,HPLC测定黄芪甲苷在0.02~0.10μg范围内有良好的线性关系,加样回收率为100.91%,RSD为2.54%。多糖的线性关系范围在10~50μg,r=0.9958。结论:方法简便、准确、可靠,可有效控制屏风固金颗粒的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a quality standard for Pingfenggujin granules.METHODS Radix astragali,Fructus forsythiae and Radix et rhizoma glycyrrhizae were identified by TLC. The contents of polysaccharides and astragalosides were respectively determined by UV and ELSD-HPLC.RESULTS The TLC identifications were highly specific and the spots were clear. The contents of astragalosides were determined by ELSD-HPLC which showed a good linear relationship in a range of 0.02 - 0.10 μg,and the average recovery was 100.91% with RSD of 2.54% . Linear relationship of polysaccharides was shown in the range of 10-50 μg, r= 0.995 8 .CONCLUSION The methods are simple, precise and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of Pingfenggujin granules effectively.更多还原
