【摘要】 目的:制定天麻首乌胶囊的质量标准。方法:用高效液相色谱法对天麻首乌胶囊中天麻素进行了定性鉴别,并对多项药材进行了薄层定性鉴别,用高效液相色谱法对何首乌中2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷进行了含量测定。结果:回归方程为A=104277.11C+820.84,r=0.9999;平均回收率为99.44%,RSD为1.67%。结论:本方法具有良好的精密度、稳定性和重复性,可作为天麻首乌胶囊的质量控制标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To established a quality control method for Tianmashouwu capsules.METHODS Chromatographic methods were used for identification and assay. RESULTS The linear correlation equations were A=104277.11C+ 820.84 , r= 0.999 9 , the average recoveries were 99.44% , RSD 1.67% .CONCLUSION The determination method is precise, and repeatable.It can be used for quality control of the Tianmashouwu capsules.更多还原
