【摘要】 目的:用红花黄色素为参照物建立红花的指纹图谱。方法:使用C18VP-ODS(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱和甲醇-乙腈-1.67%甲酸溶液(20∶10∶70)流动相;流速为1.0mL·min-1;检测波长为276nm;参照物为红花黄色素。结果:有13个共有峰,图谱参数符合《中药注射剂指纹图谱研究的技术要求(暂行)》的规定。结论:方法准确,可用于红花指纹图谱的建立。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To set up HPLC fingerprint of Flos Carthami with safflor yellow as a reference material.METHODS The analysis was carried on an analytical column C_ 18 VP-ODS(150 mm±4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile -1.67 % formic acid (20∶10∶70) and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min~ -1 .The UV dection wave-length was at 276nm and safflor yellow was used as a reference material. RESULTS The fingerprint was consisted of 13 common peaks and the parameter of which met with the stipulation of “Chinese medicine injection fingerprint technical requirements(temporary)”.CONCLUSION The methods is accurate and suitable to set up HPLC fingerprint of Flos Carthami.更多还原
