【摘要】 目的:建立紫红獐牙菜药材甲醇溶解部分的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱。方法:HPLC色谱法,色谱柱为Kro-masil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μL),流动相为甲醇-水(水中含0.05%磷酸)-乙腈,梯度洗脱,流速为0.8mL·min-1,检测波长为254nm,柱温为30℃。结果:初步建立紫红獐牙菜药材的HPLC指纹图谱,标定了13个共有特征峰,并利用对照品对4个特征峰进行了鉴定。结论:该方法简便、可靠,进一步完善了紫红獐牙菜药材的质量标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC fingerprint of the methanol extract from Swertia punicea. METHODS A column of Kromasil C_ 18 (250 mm×46 mm,5 μL) was used. The mobile phase conststed of methanol-water(containing 0.05% H_ 3 PO_ 4 )-ACN, Gradientelution mode was adopted. Flowrate was 0.8 mL·min~ -1 . Wavelength of detection 254nm. Column temperture was 30℃.RESULTS The fingerprint of Swertia punicea was established was containing 13 common peaks 4 common peaks were identified using reference substance. CONCLUSION It is a simple and reliable meathod in controlling the quality of Swertia punicea.更多还原
