【摘要】 目的:观察免疫抑制剂早期应用于Grave’s病的作用和不良反应并探讨适宜剂量。方法:测定甲亢治疗不同时期的甲状腺功能指标和相关抗体,比较分析早期应用免疫抑制剂与抗甲状腺药物(ATD)联用与单纯应用ATD在Grave’s病的治疗中作用的不同。结果:联合治疗组在控制症状、甲状腺功能指标的恢复方面与传统ATD组的作用相当。但在早期减低自身抗体滴度方面明显优于传统ATD组(P<0.01)。停药后1年内复发率与2年对照组相当。硫唑嘌呤25mg.d-1组未发现明显严重的不良反应。结论:早期、短期、小剂量免疫抑制剂与ATD联用治疗Grave’s病,可达到病因治疗和功能治疗,而且可缩短治疗时间50%。未增加停药后1年内复发率。无明显严重的不良反应发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects and adverse reactions,find out the suitable dosage of the immunosuppressive the rapy in early period of Graves’ disease.METHODS Measuring the thyroid function paramet-ers and related antibodys in diferent phases of hyperthyroid the rapy,the difference was compared and analyzed between the combined therapy of immunosuppressive and ATD from ATD therapy only.RESULTS The effect of the combined immunosuppressive the rapy and ATD group was equal to the ATD group in the aspect of symptom controlled and the thyroid function parameters instauration.The effect to reduce the antibody level in the early period was significantly better than the group of ATD（P<（0.01））.One-year recurrence rate after the withdrawal of medcines was equal to the 2-year control group. There were no significantly adverse reactions of the group of Azathioprine 25 mg·d^-1.CONCLUSION The application of the immunosuppressive the rapy combined with ATD in early period of Grave`s disease with shorterterm and smaller-doseage not only can solve the problems both etiology and function,but also shorten 50% of the therapeutic time.It had not increased one-year recurrence rate after the withdrawal of therapy,and had no significantly adverse reactions occurred.更多还原
