【摘要】 目的:为了增加利多卡因在皮肤中的滞留量,提高局部生物利用度,制备利多卡因脂质体,并进行质量控制,与临床疗效观察。方法:旋转薄膜蒸发法制备脂质体,建立HPLC法测定含量,以离心法测定脂质体的包封率,并进行临床疗效观察。结果:制备工艺可行,质量控制方法简便,可靠,平均回收率100.8%,临床应用止痛,止痒总有效率90.0%与84.4%。结论:该脂质体制备工艺可行,质量稳定,可增强局部外用疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To prepare lidocaine liposome(LL) ointment for enhancing the local bioavailability of lidocaine in skin, to contral the quality of the ointment,and to observe its clinical efficacy.METHODS The LL was produced by the way of swivel thin film evaporation.The envelopment rate of LL was evaluated by centrifugation and the content by high pressure liquid chromatography(HPLC)which was established during the experiment.The effectiveness of LL ointment of lidocaine on alleviating pain and itch was observed clinically.RESULTS The average recovery of lidocaine was 100.8 percent.The clinical effective on alleviating pain and itch is 90.0% and 84.4% respectively. CONCLUTION The preparation process of LL is feasible and the quality is stable,The local therapeutic efficacy can be enhanced by the ointment.更多还原
