【摘要】 目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定复方雷公藤药膜中雷公藤内酯醇的含量。方法:采用C18色谱柱,以甲醇-水(45∶55)为流动相,检测波长218nm,进样量10μL。结果:线性范围为16~512ng,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为98.8%,RSD为1.4%(n=6)。结论:HPLC法结果准确,重现性好,可用于测定药膜中雷公藤内酯醇含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of triptolide in compound Leigongteng oral pellicles.METHODS DIANONSIL（^TM） C₁8 column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）was used and the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（45∶55） at the flow rate of 1 mL·min^-1.The detection wavelength was 218 nm.The column temperature was 35 ℃.RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range 16-512 ng（r=0.999 9）.The mean recovery was 99%（RSD=1.4%,n=6）.CONCLUSION The method is sensitive.It can be used as a method of assay of the oral pellicles.更多还原
