万寿菊花中叶黄素及其酯体外淬灭单线态氧能力的比较

【摘要】 目的比较万寿菊花中叶黄素及其酯体外淬灭单线态氧能力。方法反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)从万寿菊的花中制备叶黄素单体及酯两个组分。应用微弱发光检测技术测定和比较两者在体外淬灭单线态氧的能力。结果叶黄素单体和酯均具有体外淬灭单线态氧的能力,最小有效剂量分别为>0.1 g.L-1和>0.01 g.L-1。结论在研发以抗氧化功能为机制的药品时,应认真考虑应用叶黄素酯的可能性。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To compare the ability to quench singlet-oxygen of lutein and its esters from marigold flower in vitro.METHODS Two fractions,free compound and esters of lutein were prepared by HPLC from the flower of marigold.The singlet-oxygen quenching ability by the fractions was determined with ultra weak luminescence analysis consequently.RESULTS All of the fractions,esters and free compound,extinguished singlet-oxygen in vitro,with the minimum amount of 0.01 g·L-1 and >0.1 g·L-1,respectively.CONCLUSION Those observations suggest that the application of esters,but not free compound,in pharmaceutical products with anti-oxidation function should be considered.
