【摘要】 目的鉴定兔血浆及尿液中吸收的复方成分及其代谢物,以阐明复方的有效成分。方法家兔口服精制血府逐瘀方提取物后收集血液和尿液样本;采用固相萃取技术进行样品预处理,LC/MS联用一级全扫描质谱分析,以对照品为参照,鉴定血液及尿液中的吸收成分及其代谢物。结果血样中检测到8个原型化合物,尿样中检测到7个原型化合物,同时,确定了尿样中3个葡醛酸化代谢物。结论研究结果进一步阐明了该方的药效成分,为开展药动学研究奠定了实验基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To identify the effective constituents and metabolites of refined Xuefu Zhuyu Tang in rabbit plasma and urine.METHODS Blood and urine samples were collected after oral administration of the refined Xuefu Zhuyu Tang to rabbits,and samples purification were carried out by solid phase extraction（SPE） with EWVI-C₁₈ cartridges and analyzed by LC-ESI-MS.RESULTS Eight and seven compounds were identified in blood and urine,respectively,and three gulcuronides were also detected in urine.CONCLUSION The results further clarify the effective constituents and found the experimental basis to the research of pharmacokinetics.更多还原
