【摘要】 目的测定藏药麻花艽中环烯醚萜苷类成分番木鳖酸和龙胆苦苷的含量,评价青海不同产地麻花艽的质量。方法优化了测定麻花艽中番木鳖酸和龙胆苦苷的高效液相色谱条件；利用正交试验研究了番木鳖酸和龙胆苦苷的最佳提取方法。结果测定了青海16个不同产地麻花艽中2种环烯醚萜苷类有效成分的含量。结论青海不同地区麻花艽质量均符合中国药典2005年版要求,但样品中差异较大。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To determine the content of two irdoids(loganic acid and gentiopicroside)in Gentiana straminea Maxim..one kind of Tibet drugs.To evaluate the quality of G.straminea of different habitats in Qinghai province.METHODS A HPLC assay was opti- mized for the determination of loganic acid and gentiopicroside in G.straminea.The extract methods of loganic acid and gentiopicroside were studied by orthogonal experiments.RESULTS The contents of two effective irdoid in Gentiana straminea of 16 different habitats in Qinghai were determined.CONCLUSION The quality of all G.straminea in different habitats of Qinghai are up to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,and the individual varibility is significant.更多还原
