酸浆浆果和宿萼中的类胡萝卜素组成分析
Assessment of Carotenoid and Composition in Fruit and Sepal of Ground Cherry
【摘要】 目的研究茄科酸浆的药用成分。方法应用UV-VIS和HPLC对酸浆浆果和宿萼中类胡萝卜素的含量和组成进行了分析。结果酸浆浆果及宿萼中总类胡萝卜素含量分别为2.193 7和8.186 9 mg.g-1干重。浆果中的类胡萝卜素组成为:玉米黄质(zeaxanthin)72.52%;叶黄素(lutein)22.77%;β-隐黄质(-βcryptoxanthin)4.71%。宿萼中的类胡萝卜素组成为:玉米黄质74.61%;叶黄素16.60%;β-隐黄质8.80%。结论酸浆是一种极具市场前景的富含玉米黄质的功能性食品及药品资源。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To determine the content of carotenoid in the fruit and sepal of ground cherry and to analyze the composition of carotenoid.METHODS The total carotenoid amount(TCA) and carotenoid composition(CC) in the fruit and sepal were assessed by UV-VIS and HPLC.RESULTS TCA in the fruit and sepal were 2.193 7 and 8.186 9 mg·g-1,respectively.CC consisted of zeaxanthin,lutein and β-cryptoxanthin with the ratios of 72.52∶22.77∶4.71 and 74.61∶16.60∶8.80,respectively.CONCLUSION Ground cherry is able to be considered as an important natural resource of zeaxanthin.
