【摘要】 对油樟油抗菌活性研究表明,该油对水稻稻瘟病菌、松赤枯病菌、玉米纹枯病菌、玉米弯胞病菌、小麦赤霉病菌及胶胞炭疽杆菌的菌丝生长有强烈的抑制作用;半抑制浓度(IC50)、最低抑制浓度(M IC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)显示,油樟油对玉米纹枯病菌的抑制作用最强,抑制活性高于樟属其它精油;处理菌丝生长量减少,孢子萌发受到抑制;电镜下观察菌丝的横切面表明,处理菌丝的细胞壁消失,原生质解体。更多还原

【Abstract】 Antifungal activities of essential oil from Cinnamomum longepaniculatum were evaluated.The results showed high inhibition on hypae growth of Pyricularia oryzae Cav.,Pestalotia funereal,Rhizoctonia solani Kuha.,Curvularia lunata（Walk） Boed,Gibberelle zeae（Schw.） Petch.,Collectotrichum gloeosporioides（Perz.） sacc.The values of IC₅₀, MIC and MBC implied that the strongest inhibition was to Rhizoctonia solani Kuha.The inhibitory activities were higher than that of the other Cinnamomum oil;Under the treatment of Cinnamomum longepaniculatum oil,the hypee growth was reduced,spore germination was inhibited,cell wall of treated hypae disappeared,and protoplast was resoluted.更多还原
