【Abstract】 It is required that we should put together ISO9000 standard and JCI standard when determining the department directors responsibility in hospital quality management system and to improve these standards.It will give hospital management some reference experience if we mix together the responsibility of the department directors required by the JCI with four processes:management responsibility of hospitals,resource management,and supply of service process,measurement analysis and improvement.更多还原
