【摘要】 “十一五”时期,是我国全面建设小康社会的关键时期,也是推进社会主义和谐社会建设的重要战略机遇期。卫生事业是建设小康社会和社会主义和谐社会的根本保证。因此,必须坚持以科学发展观统领卫生事业发展的全局,准确把握卫生改革与发展的方向,认真研究卫生服务必须加强的领域,这对于胜利实现中共中央提出的“十一五”时期经济社会发展的主要目标具有极其重要意义。为此,在天津市随机抽取了各级各类卫生人员对“十五”期间卫生改革的认识与效果评价的调查。在此基础上提出了卫生服务须加强领域的相关政策与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 “11.5” is the key point for development well being sociality and harmonious society in China. Healthcare is theguaranty within the development of well being and harmonious society. Therefore, we should understand healthcare with macroperspective, understand the direction of health reform, and probe relative fields should be improved. All of these would contributethe successes of“ 11.5” plan. So, the author surveyed public health organization, healthcare facilities and community healthcareorganization in Tianjin City.
