贵州水拔洞内动物群落结构与部分环境因子的相关性研究
STUDY ON CORRELATION BETWEEN FAUNA STRUCTURE AND SOME ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS IN SHUIBA CAVE,GUIZHOU PROVINCE
【摘要】 通过贵州水拔洞内软体动物、节肢动物和脊索动物的野外观察和采集标本,共获上述3类动物标本519号,计45种或类群,隶属3门6纲11目28科。该洞内由4个动物群落组成,经数理统计分析,群落多样性、均匀性、优势度和群落间相似性指数最高的分别是有光带群落(2.822 8)、水塘群落(0.993 1)、水塘群落(0.338 8)及有光带群落和黑暗带群落(0.286 9)。用Pearson相关系数进行部分环境因子与物种和群落多样性的相关性分析,结果显示,空气中CO2的含量和土壤中有机质的含量是影响群落多样性的主要因子。空气中CO2含量与物种丰富度和群落多样性指数都呈极显著负相关,相关系数分别为-0.998和-1.000,双尾显著性检验前者≤0.05,而后者则≤0.01;土壤中有机质含量与群落多样性和优势度指数分别呈极显著正相关和极显著负相关,相关系数分别是0.998和-1.000(双尾显著性检验均≤0.05)。在地表,温、湿度是影响动物群落多样性变化的重要因子,但在特殊的溶洞内由于洞尾段的温度四季较稳定和整个洞穴内的湿度均较高,故与群落多样性的相关性不显著。
【Abstract】 This paper reports the community structures of mollusc,arthropod and chordate in Shuiba cave,Guizhou province and the study on the correlation with some environmental factors.Through outdoor observation and collection,519 samples have been got,belonging to 3 phyla,6 classes,11 orders,28 families.There are 4 communities in it.According to mathematical statistics analysis,the communities containing the highest indexes for diversity,evenness,dominance and similarity are the Light belt community(2.8228),the Pool community(0.9931),the Pool community(0.3388),and the Light belt community and Dark belt community(0.2869) respectively.The community diversity and correlation of some environmental factors are studied with Pearson correlation,and the result shows that the content of CO2in air and organic matters in earth are the main factors that influence the community variation of cave animals.The content of CO2in air had a negative correlation with the index of species richness and community diversity,with the correlation coefficients of-0.998 and-1.000 respectively,the 2-tailed significant tests are at the ≤0.05 and 0.01 level.The content of organic matters in earth had a distinctive correlation with the index of community diversity,with the correlation figures of 0.998,the 2-tailed significant tests are at the ≤0.05 level.On the ground,temperature and humidity are important elements that influence the community variation.However,in some special karst caves,the temperature at the depth is stable and the whole humidity of cave is high,so their correlation with the community variation is not distinctive.
