TNF-α、IL-6、NO在高血压胰岛素抵抗患者血浆中的变化及意义

【摘要】 目的:研究肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素6(IL-6)、一氧化氮(NO)在高血压胰岛素抵抗(IR)中的作用。方法:应用HOMA-IR指数,对高血压伴或不伴IR的患者,采用放免法及硝酸还原酶法分别测定空腹血浆胰岛素、血糖、TNF-α、IL-6、NO,并分析高血压IR与IL-6、TNF-α、NO的关系。结果:高血压伴IR者TNF-α高于正常及高血压不伴IR者,TNF-α与胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI)呈正相关;高血压伴或不伴IR者IL-6水平高于正常对照组,其中高血压伴IR者IL-6水平高于不伴IR者;高血压伴或不伴IR者NO水平均低于正常对照组,NO与IRI无相关性。结论:TNF-α与高血压IR的发生有关;NO与高血压的发生有关,但与IR无关;IL-6与高血压及高血压IR的发生均有关。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),and nitric oxide(NO) in hypertensive patients with insulin resistance(IR).Methods: The fasting plasma level of insulin,glucose,TNF-α,IL-6,and NO were determined by radioimmunological method and nitric acid reductase method,and the relationship between hypertension and TNF-α,IL-6,and NO was analyzed by homeostatic model assessment IR(HOMA-IR) index.Results: The plasma level of TNF-α in hypertensive patients with IR was higher than that in the normal controls or hypertensive patients without IR,and there was a positive relationship between TNF-α and insulin resistance index(IRI).The plasma level of IL-6 in hypertensive patients with or without IR was higher than that in normal controls,and in hypertensive patients with IR the plasma level of IL-6 was higher than that in hypertensive patients without IR.The plasma level of NO in hypertensive patients with or without IR was lower than that in normal controls,and no relationship was found between NO and IRI.Conclusion: TNF-α is correlated with IR in hypertension.NO is correlated with the occurrence of hypertension.IL-6 is correlated with both hypertension and IR in hypertension.
