【摘要】 目的:探讨复杂肾结石的合理手术方式。方法:回顾性分析20例复杂肾结石采用放射状肾实质切开取石手术治疗的临床资料。结果:所有病例术后无结石残留,患肾功能均有不同程度的改善,无肾积水加重或肾萎缩。结论:肾实质放射状切开取石术治疗复杂肾结石具有出血少、结石残留率低、肾功能损害小及并发症少的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the optimal surgical approach to complicated renal stones.Methods: A retrospective analysis of 20 patients with complicated renal stones treated surgically was performed.Results: All of these 20 patients underwent radial incision of renal parenchyma.The functions of affected kidneys were improved in different degrees.Conclusion: Radial incision of renal parenchyma for treating complicated renal stones is characterized by little intraoperative bleeding,high stone clearance rate,slight impairment of renal function,and less complications.更多还原
