【摘要】 目的:研究正常孕妇和PI H患者血清leptin水平与部分临床及生化指标的相关性。方法:采用放射免疫法测定血清leptin水平,应用SPSS软件进行统计学分析。结果:PI H患者血清leptin水平明显高于正常孕妇(P<0·01),且中、重度PI H与轻度PI H血清leptin水平差异非常显著。孕妇血清leptin水平与BMI、MAP、收缩压、舒张压呈正相关(P<0·01;P<0·05)。结论:PI H患者血压升高可能与leptin水平升高有关,血清leptin在预测PI H及其严重程度上具有一定的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the relationship between blood serum leptin and some clinical、biochemical criterion in normal pregnant women and PIH patients.Methods:The level of blood serum leptin were detected by the way of radioimmunoassay.SPSS software was used in statistical analysis.Results:The blood serum leptin in PIH patients were significantly higher than those of normal pregnant women.(P<0.01),The level of blood serum leptin in moderate and severe PIH patients were greatly different from those of mild PIH patients.The level of blood serum leptin in PIH patients had significant positive correlation to BMI、MAP and systolic pressure(P<0.01),and had positive correlation to diastolic pressure(P<0.05).The level of blood serum leptin in normal pregnant women had significant positive correlation to BMI(P<0.01),and it also had positive correlation to MAP、systolic pressure and diastolic pressure (P<0.05).Conclusions:Hypertension in PIH patients may related to the high level of blood leptin.Meanwhile,blood serum leptin has some clinical significance in predicting PIH and patient’s condition.更多还原
