落花生枝叶化学成分的研究(Ⅱ)
The chemical constituents from Arachis hypogaea L.
【摘要】 目的研究豆科植物落花生(Arachis hypogaeaL.)枝叶的化学成分。方法利用各种色谱技术进行分离,根据光谱数据鉴定结构。结果从落花生的枝叶中分离得到7个已知成分,分别鉴定为原儿茶酸(Ⅰ)、对羟基苯甲酸(Ⅱ)、对甲氧基苯甲酸(Ⅲ)、对羟基桂皮酸(Ⅳ)、对甲氧基桂皮酸(Ⅴ)、异香草酸(Ⅵ)、异阿魏酸(Ⅶ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅶ均首次从该植物中得到。
【Abstract】 Aim To study the chemical constituents of the aerial parts of Arachis hypogaea L.Methods The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography and their structures were established by spectroscopic methods.Results Seven compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of Arachis hypogaea L.The structures were determined as protocatechuic acid(Ⅰ),4-hydroxybenzoic acid(Ⅱ),4-methoxybenzoic acid(Ⅲ),4-hydroxycinnamic acid(Ⅳ),4-methoxycinnamic acid(Ⅴ),isovanillic acid(Ⅵ),isoferulic acid(Ⅶ).Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ-Ⅶ are isolated from Arachis hypogaea L.for the first time.
