【摘要】 目的评价脉压差、载脂蛋白AI/B比值与颈动脉硬化的关系。方法根据超声学检查结果将颈动脉硬化患者分为3组,即正常组、血管增厚组、斑块组,分析比较每组脉压差、载脂蛋白AI/B比值,并进行统计学处理。结果脉压差在斑块组中有所增大(P<0.05);而载脂蛋白AI/B比值在增厚组降低(P<0.05),在斑块组明显降低(P<0.01)。结论脉压差、载脂蛋白AI/B比值与颈动脉硬化有明显的相关性,可能参与动脉粥样硬化的形成和发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the correlation of carotid arteriosclerosis with plasma apolipoprotein AI/B ratio and pulse pressure.Methods By the ultrasound echocardiography,the patients were divided into three groups: normal group,vascular hypertrophy group and vascular plaque group.The plasma apolipoprotein AI/B ratio and pulse pressure were statistically compared.Results The pulse pressure was significantly increased in plaque group (P<0.05),the apolipoprotein AI/B ratio was lower in hypertrophy group (P<0.05),and was obviously reduced in plaque group (P<0.01). Conclusion The pulse pressure and apolipoprotein AI/B ratio are related to carotid atherosclersis,which may take part in the forming and developing of atherosclerosis.更多还原
