克山病患者的抗氧化酶活性及血管内皮功能
The Activities of Antioxidation Enzyme and the Functions of Vascular Endothelia on KSD Patients in Shandong Province
【摘要】 目的观察山东省克山病患者的抗氧化酶活性和血管内皮功能,探讨二者与克山病发生发展的关系。方法选择慢型、潜在型克山病患者57人、病区健康人34人、非病区健康人36人,分别采集清晨空腹外周血按试剂盒要求检测血清及红细胞GSH-Px、SOD、LPO、ET、NO、NOS含量及活性。结果①病区人群红细胞GSH-Px活性较非病区健康人明显降低(P<0.01);RBC SOD含量也较非病区健康人明显减少(P<0.01)、RBC SOD活性减低(P<0.01);②克山病患者血清LPO含量明显升高,与病区和非病区健康人之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),病区健康人又较非病区健康人明显升高(P<0.01);③克山病患者ET、NO和NOS含量明显高于病区健康人(P<0.01),且慢型克山病患者与潜在型克山病患者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论克山病患者和病区健康人的红细胞抗氧化功能明显降低;血管内皮功能失调,二者在克山病发生发展中存在某种联动关系,加重心肌缺血、缺氧,导致心肌变性、坏死和瘢痕形成。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the KSD patients’antioxidation enzyme Activities and vascular endothelia functions in Shandong Province,and to study the connection between the two factors in the incidence of KSD. Methods 57 KSD patients,34 health personages in KSD areas and 36 health personages in non-KSD areas were selected,their blood was collected to examine GSH-Px,SOG,LPO,ET,NO and NOS by different ways. Results ①In KSD areas,the inhabitants’red blood cell(RBC)GSH-Px and SOD activities were obviously smallerthan that of in non-KSD areas(P<0.01).The RBC SOD content was lower than that of in non-KSD areas(P<0.01).②The serum LPO of KSD patients was obviously higher than that of health people(P<0.01),and it had clearly difference to compare the LPO level of KSD areas and non-KSD areas.The health personages’LPO in KSD areas was higher than that of in non-KSD areas.③The KSD patients’ET,NO and NOS level was clearly higher than that of in non-KSD areas(P<0.01).And the worse the heart functions,the higher obviously the ET,NO,NOS(P<0.01). Conclusion In KSD areas,the anti-oxidize of KSD patients and health people are lower obviously.The levels of ET NO and NOS go up obviously and the chronics are higher than that of potentials.The change of ET and NO may join the incidence of KSD.So there may be exist a certain correction between the anti-oxidize function and endothelin function,and with the general action of the two functions,they may add to lack blood and oxygen,leading the myocardium to denature,necrosis and form scars finally.
