【Abstract】 The main physical, chemical, and distribution characteristics of chlorogenic acid (CHA) in tobacco were reviewed as well as the recent advances in research on its biological activity, extraction, purification, and analytic determination. Emphases were given to the significance of CHA to tobacco and the main factors influencing the content of CHA in tobacco. The direction of CHA research was also discussed.更多还原
