【摘要】 目的比较奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙和替加氟时辰化疗方案与常规化疗方案治疗晚期胃肠癌的近期疗效和不良反应。方法63例晚期胃肠癌患者随机分为时辰化疗组(给予奥沙利铂、亚叶酸钙、替加氟栓)31例与常规化疗组(给予奥沙利铂、亚叶酸钙、氟尿嘧啶)32例,21d为1个周期,2个周期后评定2组的近期疗效和不良反应。结果时辰化疗组与常规化疗组的有效率分别为77·4%、43·8%(P<0·05),KPS评分显效率分别为87·1%、50·0%(P<0·05),不良反应发生率分别为13·7%、29·8%(P<0·05)。结论奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙和替加氟的时辰化疗方案有效率高,不良反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To evaluate and compare the efficacy and safety between the chronomodulated chemotherapy of oxaliplatin combined with calcium folinate and tegafur and the normal chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastrointestinal cancer.METHODS:A total of 63 patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer were randomly divided into two grou_ ps:31 in chronomodulated chemotherapy regimen group were assigned to receive oxaliplatin in combination with calcium folinate and tegafur,and another 32 in normal chemotherapy regimen group to receive oxaliplatin combined with calcium folinate and fluorouracil.2 courses of treatment later(21 days/course of treatment)the short-term effects and the adverse drug reactions(ADRs)of the 2 groups were evaluated.RESULTS:The effective rates of the chronomodulated chemotherapy group and the normal group were 77.4%and 43.8%(P<0.05),respectively;effective rates in KPS scale were 87.1%and 50.0%(P< 0.05),respectively;and percentages of ADRs were 13.7%and 29.8%(P<0.05),respectively.CONCLUSION:The chronomo_ dulated chemotherapy of oxaliplatin combined with calcium folinate and tegafur is of high effective rates yet of low percentages of ADRs.更多还原
