【摘要】 目的探讨有关头孢菌素皮试的问题,为临床提供参考。方法查阅相关文献,对头孢菌素皮试液浓度及其过敏反应的机制进行探讨。结果提出头孢菌素类药物的皮试液配制和皮试方法以及判断标准。结论在使用头孢菌素类药物前用拟用药物本身进行皮试,可防止药物过敏反应,确保其使用的安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To discuss the intradermal test of cephalosporins and to provide pharmaceutical services for clinicians.METHODS:Literature regarding the concentration of intradermal test solution of cephalosporins and the anaphylactic mechanism were reviewed.RESULTS:The preparation of intradermal test solution of cephalosporins,the skin test method and the criteria in judgement were put forward for references of clinic.CONCLUSION:Drug sensitivity test should be done before administration of cephalosporins so as to prevent drug allergy and ensure the safety of drug use.更多还原
