球面对称设计筛选罗沙替丁缓释片的处方及其释放度考察

【摘要】 目的研究球面对称设计法在缓释片处方优化中的应用并考察其释放度。方法采用球面对称设计法,以海藻酸钠、羟丙基甲基纤维素、十八醇用量3因素为考察对象,对罗沙替丁缓释片的处方进行优化并制备缓释片;另测定释放度,并对数据进行评分及统计学分析。结果采用球面对称设计法,可得到影响因素的二项式方程和优化处方,且试验值与预测值非常接近。结论采用球面对称设计法对罗沙替丁缓释片的处方进行优化和预测可行。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To study the application of the spherical symmetric design in the optimization of the roxatidine sustained-release tablet and to study its releasability. METHODS: The formula of roxatidine sustained-release tablet was optimized by spherical symmetric design and with sodium alginate, hydroxy-propyl methyl cellulose (HPMC) and octadecanol as the targets of investigation, and this slow-release tablet was prepared. Besides, the releasability was determined and the experimental data were graded and analyzed statistically. RESULTS: The binomial equation of the influencing factors and the optimized formula of roxatidine sustained-release tablet were available through spherical symmetric design, and the experimental result was in line with the predicted data. CONCLUSION: It is feasible to optimize and predict the formula of roxatidine sustained-release tablets using the spherical symmetric design.
