【摘要】 目的监测临床常见病原菌对常用抗菌药物的耐药趋势。方法采用K-B纸片法,根据美国临床实验室标准化委员会标准判断结果,应用WHONET-5软件对临床分离细菌的药敏结果进行统计。结果所测细菌1266株,来自我院2002年~2004年各科住院感染患者;易产生耐药性的细菌为金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌等。结论及时掌握致病菌谱及耐药现状与趋势非常必要。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To monitor drug resistance tendency of clinically common pathogenic bacteria to antibiotics. METHODS: K-B test was used to test bacterial susceptibility and the results were evaluated on the basis of American National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards (NCCLS). Then the susceptibility results were analyzed with WHONET-5 software. RESULTS: Bacterial susceptibility test was carried out on 1 266 strains isolated from the hospital infection patients from 2002 to 2004 in the hospital where the authors work. The easily drug resistant bacteria were found to be staphlococcus aureus, escherichia coli, pseudomonas aeruginosa and so on. CONCLUSION: It is of necessity to understand the pathogenic bacteria spectrum and the current situation and tendency of drug resistance of these bacteria.更多还原
