【摘要】 目的观察贝那普利和洛沙坦对老年冠心病患者阵发性心房颤动(简称房颤)的影响。方法对本院310例冠心病患者随机分为常规治疗组、贝那普利组、洛沙坦组和联合治疗组4组,观察干预前和干预后6,12和24个月的心电图、动态心电图、动态血压、心脏超声和血生化的变化,明确房颤的发生情况和其高危因素。结果与常规治疗组比较,贝那普利组阵发性房颤发生率和发生的频率无明显差异(P>0.05),但房颤发生的持续时间缩短(P<0.05);与常规治疗组比较,洛沙坦组和联合治疗组阵发性房颤发生率、持续时间和发生频率均明显下降(P<0.05),对阵发性房颤事件发生的单因素和多因素分析表明,年龄和ACEI/ARB药物治疗是阵发性房颤的独立影响因素。结论老年冠心病患者应用贝那普利和洛沙坦治疗,可使阵发性房颤的发生率下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of benazepril and losartan on paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in eldly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Three hundred and ten patients with coronary heart disease were enrolled in this study. Patients were divided into four group randomly,the group of routine therapy,losartan therapy,Benazepril and Losartan therapy. Electrocardiogram, ambulant ECG, ambulant blood pressure and echocardiogram were all studied before treatment and after treatment 6, 12 and 24 months. Results Of those admitted, the number of atrial fibrillation in routine therapy were higher than that in ACEI group ,but no statistical difference (P>0.05). However,atrial fibrillation in patients receiving ACEI and ARB therapy had significantly lower than that in ACEI group (P<0.05). In a multivariate analysis adjusting for the presence of atrial fibrillation in this study, age and ACEI/ARB therapy were associated with the rate of atrial fibrillation morbidity. Conclusions Benazepril and losartan are associated with a decreased incidence of atrial fibrillation in patients with coronary heart disease.更多还原
