【摘要】 目的探讨儿童非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)临床症状的多样性及疗效。方法对30例儿童NHL(Ⅲ期16例,Ⅳ期14例)进行回顾性分析,其中初治24例,复治6例。Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期NHL(T-细胞型)患者应用MCP-841方案,Ⅲ期(B-细胞型)患者予以MCP-842方案,化疗期间采用综合防治措施治疗。结果所有的病例经MCP-841和MCP-842方案序贯化疗后持续完全缓解(CCR)23例(占76.7%);CCR>5年15例。强烈化疗方案应用后骨髓抑制明显,但无感染相关死亡,无严重出血,无明显肝肾和心脏等重要器官损伤。结论儿童NHL早期临床表现具有多样性,且不典型,易误诊,必须予以足够重视。应用MCP方案序贯治疗后,临床疗效较好,毒副反应小且较易恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to make a study of multiplicity and curative effect of NHL. Methods Retrospective analyses have been carried out for 30 children cases of NHL(16 cases in Phase Ⅲ and 14 cases in Phase Ⅳ),among which 24 cases were given primary treatment and 6 cases were given repeated treatment .The MCP-841 scheme was appplied to the NHL(T-cell type)patient in Phase Ⅲ and Ⅳ. The MCP-842 scheme was applied to the NHL(B-cell type) patient in Phase Ⅲ.Comprehensive preventive and cure measures was adopted during their treatment.Result After all of the cases pass through the sequential chemotherapy according to the schemes of MCP-841 and MCP-842,23 cases have achieved continuous complete remission(CCR),which constitute 76.7% of the total cases.The CCR of 15 cases is more than 5 years. After application of intense chemotherapy scheme, then it shows conspicuous arrest of bone marrow,but no death is related with infection, and it is free from hemorrhage, conspicuous serious injury to liver,kidney and heart etc.Conclusion The incipient clinical manifestation of child NHL patient is possessed of multiplicity and atypical; it is easy to result in misdiagnosis, attention must be paid to it. After sequential therapy by using MCP scheme, the clinical curative effect is satisfactory;both the noxious and subsidiary reactions are diminutive,and the patient is relatively easy to be recovered.更多还原
