【摘要】 目的探讨医学生随时间推移心理健康的变化及其与行为类型的关系,为医学生心理健康教育提供理论依据。方法自1996年始,每2年对随机抽取的医学生用症状自评量表、A型行为问卷进行测量。结果不同年份医学生心理问题发生率差异有显著性(2=9.26,P<0.05);医学生中A型行为类型者在躯体化、人际关系敏感、焦虑、敌对、偏执等5个因子上得分[(1.48±0.54)分、(2.10±0.63)分、(1.82±0.57)分、(2.01±0.67)分、(2.08±0.58)分]比B型行为类型者[(1.22±0.22)分、(1.69±0.47)分、(1.36±0.25)分、(1.32±0.36)分、(1.45±0.29)分]明显偏高(P<0.05),差异有显著性,并存在性别差异。结论不同年份医学生心理问题发生率不同,但其症状表现基本相同。A型行为类型的医学生心理健康水平比B型行为类型的医学生差,尤其是男生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the change of mental health of medical students along with time,and their relationship with behavior type.Methods Since 1996 medical students collected at random were measured with SCL-90,TABP every 2 years.Results The incidence of psychological problem of medical students was significantly different(2=9.26,P<0.05),while concrete symptoms were no different(P>0.05).The scores of summarization,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,hostility,paranoid ideation of students with type A behavior pattern(1.48±0.54,2,10±0.63,1.82±0.57,2.01±0.67,2.08±0.58)were significantly higher than those of students with type B behavior pattern(1.22±0.22,1.69±0.47,1.36±0.25,1.32±0.36,1.45±0.29),and there was different in gender.Conclusion The incidence of psychological problems of medical students is different variously,while symptom was mainly same.Mental health of the students with type A behavior pattern was worse than that of students with type B behavior pattern,especially for the boy.更多还原
