【摘要】 目的编制一套适用于医学生的多媒体学习满意度评价问卷。方法复习文献并结合对医学生的访谈资料和开放式问卷调查基础上编制初步问卷,随机整群抽取医学院校大学生251人作为研究样本,进行探索性因素分析和信效度检验。结果(1)该问卷的条目特性良好,各条目与总分的相关都达到显著性,绝大多数条目相关系数在0.237~0.632之间以及条目决断值CR在3.2~9.9之间;(2)第2次探索性因素分析取样适当性数值提高为0.804,条目平均共同性0.57,共有7个因素的特征值大于1,累积解释总变异量为57.03%;(3)问卷内部一致性信度α系数为0.830,分半信度为0.724,条目间平均相关系数为0.163,重测信度为0.651;各因子与总分的相关系数在0.433~0.789之间;问卷总分与大学生学习自主性量表总分、医学心理考试成绩相关呈显著性(r=0.224,r=-0.179,P<0.01)。结论由25个条目组成的问卷具有较好的信度和效度,基本能用于医学生多媒体学习满意度的评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To development a learning satisfaction assessment questionnaire in multimedia-aided teaching for medico.MethodsOn the basis of questionnaire surveying and interview,reliability and validity and exploratory factor analysis were used to evaluate questionnaire structure.251 medicos were tested with the questionnaire.ResultsItem analysis showed this questionnaire had satisfactory item discrimination,the correlations between items and total scores were significant,a great number of items ranging from 0.237 to 0.632.Critical ratios(CR) of 33 items were significant,ranging from 3.2 to 9.9.The second exploratory factor analysis explaining results showed that Kaiser-MeyerOlkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy(KMO) was 0.804,item average extraction was 0.57,initial eigenvalues of seven factors exceeded one,and the total cumulative variance was(57.03)%.Internal consistency analyses showed that the Cronbach’s α was 0.83,split-half correlation coefficients was 0.724,the mean inter-item correlations(MIIC) was 0.163,and the test-retest reliability was 0.651.The correlations between factors and total scores were significant,ranging from 0.433 to 0.789.It was significant that the correlations between total scores and self-regulated Learning Skill Rating Scale for college students and examination result of medical psychology was 0.224 and-0.179(P<0.01).ConclusionThe structure,reliability and validity of this questionnaire in which consists of 25 items are satisfying and acceptable,so it can be using in practice.更多还原
