【摘要】 目的探讨精神分裂症与C型行为的关系。方法将符合CCMD-3精神分裂症诊断标准的男女患者各30名纳入研究,分别于治疗前和治疗8周后由2名主治医师对患者进行简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评定和患者自行进行C型行为量表测定。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后C型行为量表评分男性组焦虑、抑郁分下降,愤怒向外、理智、控制分升高,女性组抑郁分下降,理智、控制、社会支持分升高(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后男性组理智、控制分[分别为(40.26±5.63)分和(17.12±4.51)分]由治疗前与常模相当变为治疗后[分别为(44.44±7.72)分和(21.24±4.18)分]高于常模(P<0.05),女性组愤怒、乐观、社会支持分[分别为(18.65±5.26)分、(21.30±3.06)分和(17.65±2.01)分]仍低于常模。结论精神分裂症患者患病时显得焦虑、抑郁、退缩、压抑、相对消极,缺少社会支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo detect the relationship between schizophrenia and the C type behavior.Methods60 patients,who met CCMD-3 criteria schizophrenia,were enrolled in the study.BPRS,C type behavior were measured before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment.ResultsCompared with pretreatment, the C type behavior scales anxiety and depression scores decreased ,rage outside, reason and control scores gone up in male patients;depression scores decreased, reason, control and social support scores gone up in female patients. Compared with the norms, After curing,schizophrenic patients’ reason and control scores(44.44±7.72 and 21.24±4.18) were higher in males;rage,optimism and social support scores(18.65±5.26,21.30±3.06 and 17.65±2.01)were lower in females. ConclusionSchizophrenic patients have some behavior characteristic.While falling in ill seems to be anxiety, depression, shrink back,oppression,opposite passiveness,short of social support.After recovering,they tend to reasonableness, but are more worried to the prospect.更多还原
