【摘要】 目的探讨妊娠期生活事件影响新生儿神经行为发育的相关因素。方法使用孕妇生活事件量表、自测健康评定量表和简易应对方式问卷评估母亲妊娠期应激水平、健康状况和常用应对方式,最优尺度回归分析这些因素对新生儿行为神经发育的影响。结果妊娠期母亲主观应激、总体健康和心理健康状况以及消极应对方式分别进入新生儿神经行为测查总评分、新生儿行为能力维度和被动肌张力维度的回归模型。3个模型中自变量各对应解释因变量变异分别为4.2%、10.1%、4.3%。结论妊娠期主观应激、健康情况和消极应对方式,对新生儿神经行为发育不同方面产生影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo explore the factors concerned that life events affect the neurobehavioral development of neonates during pregnancy.MethodsThe Life Events Scale for Pregnant Women,Self-Rate Health Measuremnt Scale and Simple Coping Style Questionnaire were used to evaluate the life events happened during pregnancy,health status and the coping styles in common use. All the factors were analyzed by optimal scaling. ResultsThe subjective stress,the whole and psychological health status and the negative coping style were selected in the regression model of total score,behavioral ability and passive muscle tension dimention.The variance of corresponding dependent variables that the independent variables of the three modles account for are 4.2%, 10.1 % and 4.3%. ConclusionThe neurobehavioral development of neonates could be affected by the subjective stress,the health status and the negative coping style during pregnancy.更多还原
