冠心病患者焦虑情绪与血清氧化低密度脂蛋白含量的关系
Relationships between the anxious degree and the serum level of ox-LDL in patients with CHD
【摘要】 目的探讨冠心病(CHD)患者焦虑障碍水平和血清氧化低密度脂蛋白(oxLDL)含量的变化,及其两者的关系。方法确诊住院的96例CHD患者(研究组)和40名健康体检者(对照组)作为研究对象。采用综合性医院焦虑抑郁量表(HAD)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及焦虑状态特质问卷(STAI),对96例CHD患者进行情绪测定,根据HAD、SAS、STAI得分将CHD患者分为HAD≥8分组(50例)、<8分组(46例);SAS≥50分组(40例)、<50分组(56例);SAI≥40分组(51例)、<40分组(45例);TAI≥40分组(59例)、<40分组(37例)。酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法测血清oxLDL的水平。结果研究组HAD、SAS、SAI、TAI评分分别为(10.18±2.46)分、(48.33±11.76)分、(42.33±7.56)分、(44.81±8.01)分,显著高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组血清oxLDL、TC、TG、LDLC浓度均显著高于前者,差异有显著性(均P<0.01或P<0.05),而血清HDLC浓度显著低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。组内比较发现,SAS≥50分组、SAI≥40分组、TAI≥40分组,血清oxLDL浓度显著高于SAS<50分组和SAI、<40分组、TAI<40分组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);HAD≥8分组血清LDLC浓度显著高于<8分组,差异有显著性(P<0.05),SAS≥50分组血清HDLC浓度显著低于<50分组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论CHD患者焦虑水平较高,血清oxLDL、TC、TG、LDLC浓度增高,血清HDLC浓度较低;且焦虑障碍程度重者血清oxLDL浓度增高明显。血清oxLDL、TC、TG、LDLC浓度增高能促进CHD的发生、发展。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationships between the anxious degree and the serum level of ox-LDL in patients with CHD. Methods 96 patients with CHD (study group) and 40 healthy people (control group) were chosen as subjects. HAD, SAS and STAT were evaluated and serum ox-LDL concentrations were measured by ELISA in both groups. Results Compared with control group, the score of HAD(10.18±2.46),SAS(48.88±11.76),S-AI(42.33±7.56) and T-AI(44.81±8.01) and the serum concentrations of ox-LDL, TC,TG and LDL-C increased significantly, whereas the serum concentrations of HDL-C deceased significantly (P<0.05,P<0.01).In the same group, the serum concentrations of ox-LDL increased significantly in patients with SAS≥50,S-AI≥40 and T-AI≥40 compared with that in patients with SAS<50,S-AI<40 and T-AI<40; the serum concentrations of LDL-C increased significantly in patients with HAD≥8 compared with that in patients with HAD<8; the serum concentrations of HDL-C decreased significantly in patients with SAS≥50 compared with that in patients with SAS<50.Conclusion The anxiety is serious in patients with CHD, and the anxious degree is related to the serum level of ox-LDL significantly. Increases of the serum concentrations of ox-LDL, TC, TG and LDL-C could advance the occurring and development of CHD.
