【摘要】 目的探讨气质性格问卷(TCI)的7个人格纬度与强度依赖的听觉诱发电位(LDAEP)的关系。方法采用5个强度的声音刺激,测定20名健康被试的N1、P2。结果发现LDAEP与TCI的报酬依存人格纬度呈正相关(r=0.56,P<0.05)与持续性人格纬度呈负相关(r=0.49,P<0.05)。结论TCI的持续性人格纬度与LDAEP成负相关,可能与五羟色胺系统活动有关;TCI的报酬依存人格纬度与LDAEP呈正相关,需要进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study relationship between the Temperature Character Inventory s (TCI) dimensions Novelty Seeking, harm avoidance, reward dependence, persistence, self-directedness, cooperation and self-transendence and the intensity dependence of the auditory evoked potential was investigated. MethodsThere have used the stimulus of 5 level voice to estimate the N1 and N2 in 20 healthy subject in research. Results The LDAEP was positively correlated to the TCI reward dependence dimension(r=0.56,P<0.05), but negatively to persistence( r=-0.49,P<0.05). ConclusionTCI dimension persistence was negatively correlated to LDAEP, also may be related to the central serotonergic neurotransmission; in addition, the relationship between reward dependence and LDAEP need more study in detail.更多还原
