【摘要】 目的制作中医怒、恐伤气的动物模型,建立行为学评估方法。方法分别采用Megan和Takashi方法造模,记录并分析大鼠行为变化,评价模型质量。结果①愤怒模型组大鼠行为得分为(65.88±6.20)分,各行为指标与总分呈中-高度正相关(r=0.363~0.915);②恐惧模型组大鼠行为得分为(1015.50±191.27)分;③旷场实验中的水平得分、垂直得分及总分,愤怒模型组高于正常对照组和孤独对照组(P<0.01),恐惧模型组明显低于孤独对照组和正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论模型制作方法符合中医的病因病机,模型评估方法可行性较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo establish the animal model with Qi injured by anger and fear in TCM,and to set up the system of behavioural evaluation. MethodsAnimal models were established according to Megan and Takashi’s methods respectively. The behaviour were recorded and analysed so as to evaluate the model.Results①The average score of anger model group was 65.88±6.20,some items were moderately and highly correlated to total score(r=0.363~0.915).②The average score of fear model group was 1015.50±191.27.③Crossing , rearing ,total score of open field test in anger model group increased significantly compared with normal control group and isolation group(P<0.01), items in fear model group declined significantly compared with normal control group and isolation group(P<0.01). ConclusionThe established models were ideal animal models with Qi injured by anger and fear which accord for pathogeny and pathogenesis in TCM. The methods of evaluation had better feasibility.更多还原
