【摘要】 目的研究优势眼的眼别与双眼中散光程度较小眼的眼别关系。方法裸眼视力大于或等于0．8共80例为第一组,裸眼视力小于0．8共80例为第二组,在医学验光基础上结合卡洞法判别双眼中优势眼的眼别。结果第一组优势眼的眼别与双眼中散光程度稍小眼的眼别显著相关(Z=-3．578,P＜0．0001),而第二组两者之间无显著相关(Z=-1．789,P=0．074)。优势眼的眼别与散光类型无显著相关(P＞0．05)。结论优势眼由基因决定或幼年时期形成并持续维持,而散光程度可能影响优势眼的选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between the dominant eye and the eye with lower astig- matism among juvenile.Methods 160 subjects were divided into two groups according to their uncorrected visual acuity: the first group include those visual acuity upper than or eaqual to 0.8,while the second group include those visual acuity lower than 0.8.The dominant eye was tested with the simplified hole-in-the-card method.Results Dominant eye was significantly associated with the lower astigmatism in the first group (Z=-3.578,P＜0.0001) but did not showed apparent relationship with refractive error in the second group (Z=-1.789,P=0.074).The dominant eye had no significant associa- tion with the astigmatism axial (P＞0.05).Conclusion The dominant eye may be determinated by gene or developed dur- ing juvenile.Astigmatism may affect the choice of a dominant eye.更多还原
