【Abstract】 The gene segment in ribosome RNA ITSⅡ section of six Trichinella isolates were cloned and sequenced. The sequence analysis indicated that swine and cat isolate belong to Trichinella spiralis; Dog isolate belongs to Trichinella nativa. The result was consistent with and offered a base for the traditional taxonomy.更多还原
