血管内皮生长因子对绵羊卵母细胞体外成熟及体外受精卵卵裂率的影响
Effects of VEGF on Ovine Rate of Maturation and Cleavage of Maturated Oocytes in Vitro
【摘要】 试验研究了在绵羊体外成熟和体外受精培养系统中分别添加5ng/mL血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)对绵羊卵母细胞体外成熟和体外受精卵的早期发育的影响。结果表明:①与对照组相比,添加5ng/mLVEGF能够显著(P<0.01)提高绵羊卵母细胞的体外成熟率。②在体外受精液中添加5ng/mLVEGF能够显著(P<0.05)提高成熟卵母细胞的卵裂率。研究表明,VEGF对绵羊卵母细胞的体外成熟和受精具有调节作用。
【Abstract】 The study was conducted to determine the effect of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) on in vitro maturation and fertilization of ovine oocytes.Oocytes were cultured in maturation medium with and the fertilization medium with the 5 ng/mL VEGF,respectively.The results in Exp.1 showed that there was significantly different between control group and the group with VEGF(5 ng/mL) in maturation rate(P < 0.01).In Exp.2,the cleavage rate of ovine oocytes was improved significantly(P < 0.05)in the group compared with the control.This indicated that VEGF have benefit effect in vitro maturation and fertilization of ovine oocytes.
