籽鹅生长期部分血液激素含量及IGF-ⅠmRNA表达量的研究

【摘要】 试验选择健康1日龄籽鹅100只,相同条件下饲养到12周龄。分析血清中IGF-Ⅰ、T3和T4变化规律。同时,利用RT-PCR技术研究IGF-ⅠmRNA在不同组织中的表达量变化。结果表明:血清IGF-Ⅰ水平在出生后30 d内都较高,30日龄与其他日龄相比差异均显著(P<0.05);T3水平在出生时最高,60日龄时低于其他各日龄(P<0.05);T4水平出生时显著低于其他各日龄(P<0.05);肝脏中IGF-ⅠmRNA在30日龄表达量极显著高于其他各日龄(P<0.05);30日龄各组织中IGF-ⅠmRNA以肝脏和生殖器官表达量最高。

【Abstract】 One hundred healthy Heilongjiang Zi geese were selected and raised under similar conditions until 12 weeks.We conducted the change of IGF-Ⅰ,T3 and T4,and the expression of IGF-ⅠmRNA in some tissues with RT-PCR.The experiment indicated: IGF-Ⅰ was relatively higher within postnatal 30 d,and the value was significant compared with others ages on 30th day(P < 0.05).T3 was the highest when Zi geese born,and it was lower than that of the others ages on 60th day(P < 0.05).T4 was 1.97 ng/mL when Zi goose was born,and it was lower than that of the others ages(P < 0.05).The results indicated: The expression of IGF-Ⅰ mRNA in liver at 30th day was higher than that of others ages,and it was identical with body weight gain at the same time.The expression of IGF-Ⅰ mRNA was higher than others tissues in the liver and procreation at 30th day.
