基于正弦波和方波调制的高压放大器比较与实验研究
Compare and experiment on high-voltage amplifier modulated by sine wave and square wave
【摘要】 介绍了基于正弦波和方波调制的高压放大器的不同工作原理,并对其出力系数进行了推导。静电悬浮支承系统中的高压变压器与一般的电源变压器不同,文中对变压器的模型进行了深入的分析并进行了仿真研究。对高压放大器进行实验研究的结果表明,方波高压放大器比正弦波高压放大器出力系数增加80%以上。由于方波含有高次谐波,造成系统功耗变大,在采用开关调制模式后,方波高压放大器的高压输出能力加强,在输出1200V的高压时,功耗比原有的线性调制模式减小了约19.5%,这对于长时间工作的静电悬浮系统具有极其重要的意义。
【Abstract】 The paper presented the theory of sine-wave and square-wave modulated high-voltage amplifier and deduced the formula for calculating its efficiency.High-voltage transformer in electrostatic levitation system is different from the common transformer.The paper analyzed the transformer model and made simulation.The experimental study for the two forms of high-voltage amplifiers shows that the efficiency of square wave modulated high-voltage amplifier increases more than 80%.Square-wave can cause larger system consumption since it has high harmonic wave.But adopting switch-modulated mode,square wave amplifier has more stronger output capacity.When outputting 1200 V high voltage,the power consumption reduces about 19.5% compared with that of linear-modulated mode,and this is very useful for electrostatic levitation system with long working time.
