小型自准直式光电传感器性能测试系统
Performance test system for mini ESG photoelectric sensor
【摘要】 为标定小型实心转子静电陀螺仪用自准直式光电传感器的性能,设计了一个专用的性能测试系统。传感器性能测试表明,被测小型自准直式光电传感器的分辨率优于1″,传感器性能测试系统满足使用要求。
【Abstract】 In order to calibrate the mini ESG Auto-collimating Photoelectric sensor,a special performance test system is designed.Performance test results for a sensor show that the tested sensor has a resolution above 1″,and that the system meets the application requirements.
