两种碘伏消毒液杀菌效果比较研究
COMPARISON OF GERMICIDAL EFFICACY BETWEEN TWO IODOPHOR DISINFECTION SOLUTIONS
【摘要】 为观察两种碘伏消毒剂溶液的消毒性能,采用载体定量杀菌实验方法进行了实验室研究。结果,以含有效碘50 mg/L的聚维酮碘消毒液作用3 m in,以含有效碘25 mg/L的聚醇醚碘消毒液作用3 m in,对载体上金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌平均杀灭率均达到99.98%以上。含有效碘100 mg/L的聚维酮碘消毒液作用5 m in,有效碘25mg/L聚醇醚碘消毒液作用3 m in,对载体上白色念珠菌平均杀灭率均达99.98%以上。以含有效碘4800 mg/L聚维酮碘消毒液作用120 m in,对载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢平均杀灭率为89.23%;有效碘5000 mg/L聚醇醚碘消毒液作用120 m in,对该细菌芽孢平均杀灭率为99.84%。结论,两种碘伏消毒液对细菌繁殖体和真菌均有较好的杀灭效果,聚维酮碘杀菌所需浓度比聚醇醚碘高1倍;两种碘伏消毒液对细菌芽孢杀灭作用很弱。
【Abstract】 In order to observe the disinfection properties of two iodophor disinfectant solutions,carrier quantitative germicidal test method was used to carry out laboratory study.Results: Povidone-iodine disinfection solution containing available iodine 50 mg/L with a 3 min contact time and polyoxinolum-iodine solution containing available iodine 25 mg/L with a 3 min contact time killed over 99.98% in average of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli on carriers.Povidone-iodine disinfection solution containing available iodine 100 mg/L with a 5 min contact time and polyoxinolum-iodine disinfection solution containing available iodine 25 mg/L with a 3 min contact time killed over 99.98% in average of Candida albicans on carrier.Povidone-iodine disinfection solution containing available iodine 4800 mg/L with a 120 min contact time killed 89.23% in average of Bacillus subtilis var.niger spores on carrier and polyoxinolum-iodine disinfection solution containing available iodine 5000 mg/L with a 120 min contact time killed 99.84% in average of this bacterial spores.Conclusions: Both of the two iodophor disinfection solutions have good efficacy in killing vegetative forms of bacteria and fungi.The germicidal concentration of povidone-iodine required is two times that of polyoxinolum-iodine.Both of the two iodophor disinfection solutions have weak sporicidal effect.
