一种消毒粉消毒效果及毒性的试验观察

【摘要】 为了解由稳定性二氧化氯与二氯异氰尿酸钠组成的消毒粉的消毒效果和毒性,采用定量杀菌试验和动物试验方法,对其进行了空气消毒效果和毒性试验观察。结果,将该消毒粉配制成含有效氯2500 mg/L的消毒液,按12m l/m3用量(折合有效氯为30 mg/L)进行气溶胶喷雾消毒作用30 m in,对气雾柜内空气中白色葡萄球菌的平均杀灭率为99.94%。按上述用量对瓶装水厂生产车间进行气溶胶喷雾消毒,密闭作用60 m in以上,对室内空气中自然菌的消亡率达90%以上。该消毒粉小鼠急性经口LD50为1260 mg/kg,属低毒级;大鼠急性吸入毒性LC50>10 000mg/m3,属实际无毒级;小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果为阴性。结论,该消毒粉对室内空气中人工污染菌和自然菌的杀灭效果较好,毒性低。

【Abstract】 In order to know the disinfection efficacy and toxicity of the disinfection powder composed of stable chlorine dioxide and sodium dichloroisocyanurate,quantitative germicidal test and animal experiment method were used to carry out experimental observation on its air disinfection efficacy and toxicity.Results: Aerosol spraying disinfection with the solution of this disinfection powder containing available chlorine 2500 mg/L at a dwell time of 30 min killed 99.94% of Staphylococcus albus in average in air of aerosol chamber.Aerosol spray disinfection of production workshop of bottled water factory with above dosage of the disinfection powder solution followed by closing the room for longer than 60 min eradicated over 90% of the natural bacteria in indoor air.The mouse acute oral LD50 of the disinfection powder was 1260 mg/kg,belonging to low toxicity grade.Rat acute inhalation toxicity LC90was >10000 mg/m3,belonging to practically non-toxic grade.The results of mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test was negative.Conclusion : The disinfection powder has good efficacy in killing artificially contaminated bacteria and natural bacteria in indoor air and has low toxicity.
